4. What Information Does FinFresh Collect?

- New Account: Mobile number, first name, last name, PAN number (Tax Number), email, date of birth.
- Profile & KYC: Income slab, profession, address details, father’s name, mother’s name, tax residency, birth country, nationality, nominee details, gender, marital status.
- Bank details: Bank account number, name on bank passbook and IFSC code for investments and transactions.
- Permanent Account Number (PAN) & Bank account details used for investments and transactions.
5. KYC & Investment Information
To comply with regulatory requirements, based on your explicit consent we may fetch your KYC (Know Your Customer) details from regulated central registries.
We provide the following options for you to update your investment information in a secure manner:
- Upload investment statements in PDF or Excel versions from depositories, brokers, or Registrar & Transfer Agents. You provide explicit consent to FinFresh to fetch these statements from services such as CAMS and KFinTech when you opt in.
- Enter investment information manually (scheme name, investment type, date and value).
6. Why We Ask For This Information
FinFresh is a wealth management platform that provides online financial services. We use the information you provide to deliver and improve our Services, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and provide personalized recommendations.
8. Does FinFresh Share Personal Information?
We neither rent nor sell your personal information. We only transfer data to others if necessary to operate the Services, comply with law, or as you expressly direct.
