1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent auto-renewal from the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only for eligible cases such as duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or as required by law.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Partial usage periods, voluntary discontinuation after substantial use, and promotional/free-trial periods are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days depending on the payment provider.
