Definitions

1. User
"User" means any person using the Website/App who represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter and comply with these Terms. Minors (under 18) may use the service only with involvement of a parent/legal guardian under their registered account. Non-residents may use the Website/App at their own risk and remain liable under applicable laws; they shall indemnify FINFRESH for any liabilities.

3. AMC
Asset Management Company (AMC): a company that invests pooled funds in mutual funds.
4. SEBI
Securities & Exchange Board of India.
5. KYC
KYC refers to SEBI KYC Registration Agency requirements, including eKYC/CKYC processes and related circulars.
6. Offer Documents
Includes Scheme Information Document, Statement of Additional Information, Key Information Memorandum, and addenda.
7. Privacy Policy
The policy published on the Website: Privacy Policy.
8. Laws
All applicable statutes, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, permissions and similar instruments in force.

Terms of Use — Key Declarations by the User

  1. KYC: You agree to provide information and documents to enable FINFRESH to complete KYC verification (KRA, eKYC/CKYC) as per SEBI / AMFI circulars and anti-money laundering regulations, and to promptly update any changes.
  2. You confirm you have read and understood offer documents (SID, SAI, KIM) and will comply with mutual fund / scheme rules.
  3. You confirm no rebate or inducement influenced your investment decisions and you are not obligated to use FINFRESH's execution services.
  4. Non-resident users confirm funds are remitted through approved channels (NRE / NRO / FCNR) where applicable.
  5. Payments must originate from legitimate sources and bank accounts in compliance with RBI, NPCI, SEBI and other applicable laws.
  6. You confirm the details provided are accurate and you will produce documents or undertakings if required for verification.
  7. If FINFRESH's agreement with an AMC ends, the AMC may stop providing transaction information to FINFRESH and you must coordinate directly with the AMC.
  8. You acknowledge AMC is not party to arrangements between You and FINFRESH and FINFRESH will inform the AMC on termination where required.
  9. AMC/FINFRESH/RTA reserve the right to reject or cancel any application or transaction where provided data is discrepant, false, incomplete or otherwise unsatisfactory. FINFRESH and AMC may freeze or redeem units at applicable NAVs if required.
  10. Disclosure of commissions to ARN holders: where an ARN is used, the ARN holder has disclosed commissions payable for competing schemes.
  11. If distributor's ARN/EUIN fields are blank, the transaction may be treated as execution-only and certain declarations will be implied.
  12. You consent to FINFRESH collecting personal and sensitive personal information as permitted by law for the purposes described herein.
  13. You authorize FINFRESH to provide electronic confirmation feeds to AMCs regarding acceptance of Terms and any other confirmations required.
  14. All transactions executed via FINFRESH platforms will be tagged with ARN-243625.
  15. FINFRESH may use third-party platforms to promote services. Users accessing via third-party platforms remain subject to these Terms and FINFRESH remains solely responsible for providing the services.
  16. You authorize FINFRESH to share your signature (from KRA/CKYC records) with Mutual Funds/AMCs/RTAs for authentication and processing.
  17. You consent to receiving promotional information from FINFRESH and its group companies via call, SMS, email, or post. You will not treat such communications as being subject to the Do Not Call Registry protections for unsolicited commercial calls.
  18. You consent to AMC sharing transaction information with FINFRESH and acknowledge FINFRESH will be privy to such information.
  19. You understand investment amounts go directly to AMC accounts; FINFRESH does not receive investment funds. FINFRESH will not be liable for payment gateway/bank failures or fraud at the payment stage.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • Transactions complete only after successful transfer from the User's registered bank account.
  • Completed transactions cannot be cancelled.
  • If payment is received but the investment fails, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the registered bank account.

Read the relevant offer/scheme documents carefully for information about objectives, load, expenses and risk. Investments in mutual funds are subject to market risk and NAV may fluctuate. Disclaimer: The Website/App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. FINFRESH disclaims liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the Website/App. Where disclaimers are unenforceable, FINFRESH's maximum liability will not exceed fees paid by you for products or services ordered through the Website/App.

Promotional Alerts

FINFRESH may send alerts about deals, services and other facilities on the Website/App. Do not disclose personal information to anyone claiming to be a FINFRESH representative unless you initiated the communication.

Proprietary & Intellectual Property Rights

FINFRESH owns or is licensed to use trademarks, content, images and other materials on the Website/App. You may print content for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or otherwise use the Website/App content beyond personal use without FINFRESH's prior written consent.

User Communications & Prohibited Activities

By accepting these Terms you consent to be contacted at telephone numbers and email addresses you provide. You must not use the Website/App to:

  • Restrict others from accessing the Website/App;
  • Post unlawful, obscene, defamatory or infringing content;
  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code;
  • Impersonate another person or mislead recipients about message origin;
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise circumvent security measures;
  • Post spam, unsolicited advertising or pyramid schemes.

FINFRESH may disable non-compliant content and terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
